Is the Exabits airdrop still active?
Status as of 13 August 2026: the official Exabits airdrop portal is online, offers account registration and advertises free EXA tokens in its page description. That verifies that Exabits operates an airdrop-branded rewards portal. It does not, by itself, prove that points can currently be converted into a transferable token.
We found no public first-party announcement specifying an EXA token-generation event, official contract address, airdrop allocation, points-to-token conversion rate, eligibility snapshot, claim window or distribution date. The campaign should therefore be treated as active but speculative: users may be able to earn and record points, but the value and eventual conversion of those points remain unverified.
| Question | Verified 2026 status |
|---|---|
| Is the official portal online? | Yes. The app at airdrop.exabits.ai loads and advertises EXA rewards. |
| Can users register? | The public app still exposes registration and login routes. Mission and reward details may require an account. |
| Has Exabits documented EXA and XBIT? | Yes. Its documentation describes a two-token model with different intended roles. |
| Is an official token contract published? | Not on the official public pages reviewed for this update. |
| Is a points conversion rate published? | No public first-party conversion formula was found. |
| Is there a verified claim or distribution date? | No public first-party date was found. |
| Is an exchange listing verified? | No listing could be authenticated without an official chain and contract address. Other unrelated tokens also use EXA. |
What are EXA and XBIT?
Exabits currently presents itself as an AI infrastructure company that refines and operates enterprise GPU clusters. Its documentation describes a tokenized business model and a proposed two-token system:
- EXA is described as the ecosystem token for incentives, staking, governance, liquidity and some platform fees. The airdrop portal's current metadata specifically advertises EXA rewards.
- XBIT is described as a tokenized interest in compute infrastructure that can be redeemed for GPU access and staked to earn EXA.
Those descriptions explain the project's intended model; they are not substitutes for a verified deployment. Exabits' public token page does not provide a blockchain, contract address, audited token contract, supply schedule or link to an authenticated market. Until Exabits publishes those identifiers through its official channels, do not assume that a token called EXA or XBIT on a block explorer or exchange belongs to Exabits.
This matters because EXA is not a unique ticker. Exactly Protocol and an unrelated Algorand asset already use EXA. A matching ticker, logo or project name is never enough to identify a cryptoasset.
How to participate more safely in 2026
- Start from an exact official domain. Type
exabits.aiyourself and confirm that any campaign page is anexabits.aisubdomain. The portal reviewed for this update isairdrop.exabits.ai. - Use a separate email and unique password. Do not reuse an exchange, banking or primary email password for a points campaign.
- Read each mission before completing it. Social tasks may expose profile information, while on-chain tasks can cost gas or put funds at risk. Points have no guaranteed cash value.
- Avoid wallet approvals unless clearly required. The original campaign flow used an account and email. Never sign an opaque message or token approval merely because a page promises an airdrop.
- Keep your own records. Save dated screenshots of the dashboard, point balance, campaign rules and account email. Portal balances and terms can change.
- Wait for independently verifiable claim details. A legitimate token claim should identify the chain and official contract through multiple Exabits-controlled channels.
No official participation fee or guaranteed reward was found. Do not pay a “verification,” “activation,” “gas top-up” or “unlock” fee sent through a direct message. Never disclose a seed phrase or private key. For a speculative points programme, use a low-value wallet if a wallet becomes necessary and revoke unneeded approvals afterward.
What changed since the 2025 guide?
- The official airdrop portal remains online, so this page is not being marked as a closed campaign.
- The portal's current public description refers to EXA rewards, not a combined “XBIT/EXA airdrop.”
- Exabits' documentation now explains distinct proposed roles for EXA and XBIT; the tickers should not be used interchangeably.
- A dedicated airdrop page shows campaign intent, but it does not “essentially confirm” a completed token launch or a guaranteed allocation.
- The original $20 million funding and $150 million valuation figures were not substantiated on the current first-party pages reviewed. They remain below as historical claims rather than current verified facts.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Exabits airdrop still active?
The official airdrop portal remains online and advertises EXA rewards as of 13 August 2026. However, Exabits has not published enough first-party details to verify when or whether campaign points will become claimable tokens, so participation remains speculative.
Is the EXA airdrop confirmed?
The Exabits-controlled portal explicitly advertises free EXA tokens, which confirms the project's campaign messaging. It does not guarantee an allocation or prove that a transferable token has launched. No public allocation, conversion formula or claim schedule was found.
When is the Exabits token-generation event?
No EXA or XBIT token-generation date was published on the official public pages reviewed for this update. Treat dates posted by unofficial airdrop calendars or social accounts as unverified unless Exabits confirms them.
What is the official Exabits token contract address?
We did not find an official chain and contract address in Exabits' public site, documentation or airdrop landing page. Do not buy or import a token based only on the EXA or XBIT ticker.
How many EXA tokens will Exabits points receive?
No official points-to-EXA conversion rate was found. A points balance is not the same as a token balance, and neither the final allocation nor the monetary value should be assumed.
What is the difference between EXA and XBIT?
Exabits' documentation describes EXA as an incentive, governance and liquidity token, while XBIT represents tokenized compute ownership and can be used for GPU services. These are project descriptions of the model, not verification of live contracts or public distribution.
Is EXA already trading on exchanges?
Exabits' documentation mentions tradability but supplies no official contract address or authenticated market link. Several unrelated cryptoassets use EXA, including Exactly Protocol's governance token. A search result or ticker match does not verify an Exabits listing.
Does the Exabits airdrop cost money?
No official campaign fee was found. Some future on-chain missions could require network fees, but never pay a fee sent through a direct message or transfer funds to “unlock” an allocation.
Should I connect my main wallet to the Exabits portal?
Avoid using a wallet that holds substantial assets for speculative campaigns. If an official task later requires a wallet, use a low-value wallet, inspect every signature and approval, and revoke permissions that are no longer needed.
How can I avoid fake Exabits airdrop sites?
Use only links reached from the exact exabits.ai domain or the project's verified X account, check spelling carefully and ignore unsolicited claim messages. Exabits support should never need a seed phrase, private key or remote access to your device.
