Arcium token airdrop guide

Arcium is a parallelized confidential computing network. The original version of this article covered a 2024 six-week campaign known as the Arcium Citadel, where participants could mint an Apprentice NFT amid speculation about a future token reward.

2026 update: The speculation phase is over. Arcium mainnet-alpha is live on Solana, ARX is the network token, and official ARX staking is operating. The old Citadel quizzes below are preserved as a campaign archive; they are not a current airdrop guide.

Arcium airdrop and ARX status in 2026

ItemCurrent status
Arcium CitadelHistorical NFT/community campaign; the six-week instructions below are no longer current.
ARX tokenLive with a fixed maximum supply of 1 billion ARX, according to official tokenomics.
Arcium mainnetMainnet-alpha is live on Solana.
StakingLive through the official Arcium staking app; delegation carries slashing and loss risk.
Citadel NFT rewardWe could not verify a current first-party page that maps an Apprentice NFT to a still-claimable ARX allocation.
Current public airdropNo open public claim found on Arcium's official site during our August 13, 2026 review.

Phishing warning: Use only pages linked from arcium.com. Fake Arcium claim sites are circulating, including one that presents the Ethereum USDC contract as an “ARX” contract. Arcium's official tokenomics page lists ARX on Solana and BNB Smart Chain—not Ethereum. Never enter a seed phrase or approve a wallet transaction simply to “check” an allocation.

Official ARX contract addresses:

  • Solana: ARXwZkNAtzPfdcoqQiduJn8EPv9fKiDfGn2KyggyDrFs
  • BNB Smart Chain: 0xd5f6ef5deabe61e6d5cdb49bfb6f156f2c1ca715

Always confirm these addresses again on Arcium's official tokenomics page before transacting.

What is Arcium?

Arcium is a special network that helps developers run secure and private computations on public blockchains. It ensures that these computations are trustworthy and efficient. Arcium’s goal is to make sure every application on the blockchain can keep its data confidential and to become the main network for secure computing on the decentralized internet. Here is summary of Arcium and its main features:

  • Confidential Computing: Arcium is a parallelized confidential computing network that allows developers to run encrypted computations on public blockchains, ensuring privacy and security.
  • MXEs: Multiparty Computation eXecution Environments (MXEs) enable secure pooling of encrypted data for collaborative AI model training and other applications without exposing individual datasets.
  • DePIN: Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) use confidential computing to securely handle sensitive data in sectors like healthcare, supply chains, and data storage.
  • Customization: Users can customize MXEs to their specific needs, including trust levels, hardware investment, and more, without needing deep cryptographic knowledge.

Arcium has raised US$9 million, funded by investors such as Greenfield Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Long Hash Ventures, Everstake, and others.

2026 project update: Arcium's documentation says its mainnet-alpha is live on Solana. Developers can build confidential instructions with its Rust-based Arcis framework and use multiparty computation eXecution Environments (MXEs) to process encrypted data. The official tokenomics page says ARX is used for staking and governance, while computation fees are paid in a supported chain's native token, such as SOL.

What is the Arcium Citadel?

The Arcium Citadel was a six-week program to learn about Arcium, starting with the Initiation Phase and progressing through the Four Fortresses (DeFi, DePIN, AI, and Gaming). During the campaign, participants earned NFTs and had the chance to become Arcium ambassadors. The project did not guarantee that minting an NFT would produce a token allocation.

Archived Arcium Citadel steps

The following steps document the original 2024 campaign. Do not pay gas or buy an NFT based on these instructions in expectation of a current airdrop.

  1. Go to Arcium Citadel

Participants went to https://www.arcium.com/citadel and clicked “I accept” to start the campaign.

  2. Week 1: Arcium Citadel

Participants studied the information and completed the 10-question Arcium quiz. The original answer notes were: True, True, False, True, True, True, False, D. They then connected a Solana wallet and minted an NFT, which incurred a transaction fee.

  3. Week 2: Fortress Defirius

This quest required the Week 1 quiz and Apprentice NFT. Participants visited https://www.arcium.com/citadel/defirius; the original answer notes were C, E, true, true, true. They could then mint the next NFT.

  4. Participate in the Arcium community

The original guide suggested joining the official Discord to follow campaign updates. Community participation alone did not guarantee a reward.

ARX utility and token distribution

Arcium's official tokenomics gives ARX a fixed supply of 1 billion. It reports that 20.88% was unlocked at launch and the remaining 79.12% was subject to stated unlock and vesting schedules. ARX secures node capacity through staking and is intended for governance; users pay computation fees in the native token of the relevant chain rather than in ARX.

Delegators should read the risk disclosure before staking. Official tokenomics states that delegated ARX can be partially or fully lost through slashing, is not principal-protected, and does not come with a protocol-guaranteed return.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Arcium Citadel airdrop still active?

No. The Citadel content in this article is an archive of the 2024 NFT campaign. We did not find a current official Citadel claim page or an open public ARX airdrop during the August 2026 review.

Did the Arcium token launch?

Yes. ARX is live, official staking is available, and Arcium publishes its contract addresses and tokenomics on its website.

What are the official ARX contracts?

Arcium lists ARXwZkNAtzPfdcoqQiduJn8EPv9fKiDfGn2KyggyDrFs on Solana and 0xd5f6ef5deabe61e6d5cdb49bfb6f156f2c1ca715 on BNB Smart Chain. Verify them again on the official site before every transaction.

Is there an official ARX token on Ethereum?

Arcium's official tokenomics does not list an Ethereum contract. Treat any Ethereum “ARX airdrop” page as suspicious unless Arcium later announces and links it directly from its own domain.

Does an Apprentice NFT guarantee ARX?

No. The original campaign described NFTs and potential opportunities, but we could not verify a current first-party rule guaranteeing an ARX allocation to every Apprentice NFT holder.

Is staking ARX risk-free?

No. Arcium's own disclosure says delegation is subject to slashing and loss, is not a deposit, and is not principal-protected. Rewards can also depend on node performance, network usage and operator commission.
