Curvance has moved well beyond the incentivized testnet covered in this August 2024 guide. Its lending protocol now has live, real-value markets on Monad. However, Curvance's maintained contract registry does not list a CVE token contract, and the first-party sources reviewed do not publish a token-generation event, airdrop snapshot, eligibility checker or claim page. The old testnet therefore should not be treated as a live CVE farming campaign.
Curvance CVE token and airdrop status in 2026
| Item | Verified status as of 13 August 2026 |
|---|---|
| Curvance protocol | Live on Monad mainnet. The official deployment registry lists active isolated lending markets, Earn Vaults and core protocol contracts. |
| 2024 incentivized testnet | Historical and superseded by the mainnet product. The Sepolia, Berachain bArtio and Arbitrum Sepolia task sequence below is not a current campaign. |
| CVE token design | Still described in the current documentation as Curvance's governance and incentives token. The documented model uses locked CVE, called veCVE, for governance, emissions voting and fee distribution. |
| CVE token contract | No CVE token address appears in Curvance's maintained Monad contract registry, and no first-party launch announcement or verified contract was found. Do not import or buy a token merely because it uses the ticker CVE. |
| Airdrop or claim | No live official eligibility checker, snapshot, allocation or claim page was found. Testnet participation did not by itself guarantee a token allocation. |
| Old 4% community allocation | The 2024 article cited a then-published tokenomics page for 4% of supply, or 15,750,002.59 CVE. That page is no longer present in the maintained documentation, so this figure should be treated as an archived proposal, not a current claim entitlement. |
| Current network | The maintained public deployment page is for Monad mainnet. Curvance describes a multichain architecture, but users should not infer that every planned chain or old testnet is currently supported. |
| Real-funds risk | Mainnet deposits, loans and leveraged positions use assets with market value. They carry liquidation, smart-contract, price-oracle, liquidity, counterparty-integration and approval risk. |
Can you still farm the Curvance airdrop?
There is no verified airdrop-farming route at present. Repeating the historical faucet, deposit, borrow, repay, lend and test-CVE tasks cannot be assumed to improve eligibility. Berachain bArtio was a test network, and test tokens shown in the old interface have no monetary value.
If Curvance later announces CVE distribution details, begin at curvance.com or the official links in its documentation. Confirm the chain, contract and claim URL in more than one first-party channel before connecting a wallet. An authentic claim will never require a seed phrase, private key, remote-control session or a payment to “unlock” an allocation.
Using the live Curvance protocol
The live Curvance app supports deposits, lending, borrowing, leverage and yield-routing products on Monad. These are DeFi positions, not free testnet interactions. Before supplying collateral or taking a loan, inspect the exact isolated market, supported asset contracts, collateral and debt caps, utilization, interest rate, liquidation parameters and available withdrawal liquidity.
Curvance documents a 20-minute account hold period after posting collateral or borrowing. During that window, repayment, withdrawal, redemption and certain transfers can be blocked. That delay matters most when a position is close to liquidation: a user may not be able to repay immediately after opening or changing the position. Keep a substantial health buffer instead of borrowing to the displayed maximum.
Approval and phishing warning: Verify Monad and every asset address against Curvance's maintained contract page. Limit token allowances where practical and revoke permissions when finished. A fake CVE claim can request an unlimited token approval, a Permit/Permit2 signature or a transaction that transfers existing assets even if the wallet popup shows no immediate gas payment.
How CVE and veCVE are designed to work
Current Curvance documentation describes CVE as the governance token and veCVE as its vote-escrow form. The documented lock duration is 12 months, with voting power decreasing over two-week epochs as maturity approaches. Continuous Lock keeps a position at full duration and is documented with a 20% voting-power boost and doubled fee rewards.
This design documentation is not proof that a freely transferable CVE token or public airdrop is live. It also describes a costly emergency exit: the current starting penalty is 80% of the underlying CVE and decreases linearly toward zero at the end of the 12-month term. Check the live contract and interface parameters before any future lock because DAO-controlled settings and documentation can change.
Original August 2024 incentivized testnet guide (historical archive)
The original article is preserved substantially intact below. It records the interface, networks, tokenomics page and airdrop expectations available during the 2024 incentivized testnet. These instructions are retained for editorial history and should not be followed as a current campaign.
Curvance ($CVE) is a modular protocol for liquidity management. The project has recently launched their incentivized testnet so it is likely that would do an airdrop to reward users who help test their protocol. Here is our Curvance ($CVE) token airdrop guide.

What is Curvance ($CVE)?
Curvance is a multichain DeFi protocol that optimizes liquidity management by offering yield optimization, auto-compounding, and peer-to-peer lending for any ERC-20 token. Here are some of the main features of Curvance ($CVE):
- Yield Optimization: Curvance maximizes returns by automatically compounding yields for any ERC-20 token.
- Auto-Compounding: Users can earn more by reinvesting their rewards without manual intervention.
- Peer-to-Peer Lending: Curvance facilitates lending and borrowing of tokens within its ecosystem.
What is the Curvance ($CVE) token?
Curvance has its own native token known as $CVE, here are some of its uses on the platform:
- Governance: Locking CVE for veCVE allows users to vote on proposals and key parameters for the DAO.
- Direct Emissions: veCVE holders can vote on biweekly emissions allocation for lending markets.
- Fee Distribution: veCVE holders receive a share of platform fees.
- Boosting Voting Power: Continuous lock and emission locker features provide bonuses and rewards for long-term participation.
According to Curvance’s Tokenomics 4% of the total $CVE token supply (i.e. 15,750,002.59 $CVE) will be reserved for its community incentive program i.e. a potential airdrop. Note that the $CVE token has not been launched yet.

Frequently asked questions
Is Curvance live on mainnet?
Yes. Curvance's maintained documentation lists active lending markets and protocol contracts on Monad mainnet. This is a real-funds product rather than the faucet-based testnet described in the archived guide.
Has the Curvance CVE token launched?
Curvance documents CVE's intended governance and incentive functions, but its maintained Monad registry does not publish a CVE token address and no first-party TGE announcement was found in this review. Treat the public launch status as unverified until Curvance publishes the contract and launch details.
What is the official CVE token contract?
No maintained first-party CVE contract was found as of 13 August 2026. Do not rely on a ticker, wallet token suggestion, search ad, direct message or unofficial block-explorer result.
Is there a live Curvance airdrop claim?
No official claim page, eligibility checker, snapshot or deadline was found. Any site claiming that every testnet user can claim immediately should be treated as phishing unless Curvance links it through its website and official channels.
Did using the Curvance testnet guarantee an airdrop?
No. Testnet participation can help a project find bugs and measure usage, but it does not create a contractual right to tokens unless the issuer publishes binding eligibility and distribution terms.
Is 4% of CVE supply still allocated to testnet users?
The original article cited 4% of supply for a broad community incentive program, not necessarily for every testnet participant. The cited tokenomics page has since been removed from the maintained docs, so neither the percentage nor the old token count should be treated as current.
Do the Sepolia and Berachain bArtio tasks still work?
They are historical instructions from the 2024 campaign. The current app and maintained deployment registry concern Monad mainnet, and old faucet tokens have no monetary value.
What is veCVE?
It is the documented vote-escrow form of CVE. The design uses a 12-month lock for governance, gauge-emission voting and potential fee distribution, with voting power declining as a non-continuous lock matures.
Can veCVE be unlocked early?
The documentation describes an emergency unlock, but the current starting penalty is 80% and declines linearly toward zero at maturity. That is a very large potential loss, so users should verify live terms rather than relying on this summary.
What are the main risks of using Curvance?
Key risks include smart-contract failures, liquidations, oracle or price-data problems, thin withdrawal liquidity, asset depegs, integrated-protocol failures and malicious approvals. Curvance has audits and a bug bounty, but its own documentation says these measures cannot eliminate every vulnerability.
